SAMHSA Briefing

VFA’s February 2024 monthly member meeting featured several speakers from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) who spoke about their resources related to adoption and child welfare, with a special focus on mental health and substance use disorders affecting these populations.
