Voice for Adoption is your voice on federal adoption and foster care policy. We advocate directly with Congress and federal agencies to advance policies that improve outcomes for children, youth, and families.

As a national leader in special needs adoption policy, we work alongside state and federal partners and child welfare organizations to ensure your priorities are represented where decisions are made. We also keep you informed on key developments in Congress and federal agencies, translating complex policy into clear, actionable insights so you can stay focused on your mission.
