Member Spotlight: Adoption Exchange Association

The Adoption Exchange Association (AEA) was founded in 1982, they are a founding member of Voice for Adoption which was established in 1996. AEA is the only national association focused exclusively on supporting the educational needs of those in the adoption profession.  They facilitate the exchange of best practices between those who recruit, develop, and support adoptive parents for children who are waiting to be adopted in the US foster care system.
